CONCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations can only be made in written form.
Online bookings can be cancelled via the link in the conformation email (if cancellations are permitted in the booked rate).

1. Cancellation of bookings of up to 5 rooms or for a length of stay of less than 7 days

Bookings of up to 5 rooms and for a length of stay of less than 7 days can be cancelled without charge up to 6pm on the day before the agreed arrival. In case of a later cancellation, the hotel shall be entitled to charge the agreed room price (incl. breakfast) and to deduct a flat charge expenses not incurred. This also applies in cases of late arrival or early departure where 80% of the total price will be charged. The customer reserves the right to furnish proof that no damage or minor damage was incurred.

2. Cancellation of group bookings or bookings for a length of stay of more than 7 days

A cancellation free of charge is possible for group bookings (from 5 rooms) up to 14 days before the agreed arrival. In case of a partial or complete cancellation outside the stipulated cancellation period, 80% of the agreed accommodation price (incl. breakfast) shall be charged per cancelled overnight stay in general. Please note that the person that made the booking shall be liable for no-shows as well as cancellations outside the stipulated cancellation period.

3. Cancellations during trade fairs or the Oktoberfest

A cancellation free of charge is possible for stays during trade fairs or the Munich Oktoberfest up to 30 days before the agreed arrival. In case of a partial or complete cancellation outside the stipulated cancellation period, 80% of the agreed accommodation price (incl. breakfast) shall be charged per cancelled overnight stay in general.

The customer reserves the right to furnish proof that no damage or minor damage was incurred.

4. Cancellation during conferences/conventions

Cancellations within 30 days before the beginning of the event are free of charge.
100% of the agreed price will be charged for cancellations up to 7 days prior to the beginning of the event. The customer reserves the right to furnish proof that no damage or minor damage was incurred.

5. Late arrival

In case the customer does not arrive until 6pm of the agreed day of arrival and a different arrival time was not agreed on, the hotel reserves the right to withdraw from the contract. If, however, the customer has made an advance payment or has passed on his/her credit card data as a guarantee, the hotel room will be reserved until the next day at 12pm (midday).

6. No-show

Customers who do not show up will be charged 100% of the total fee. The customer reserves the right to furnish proof that no damage or minor damage was incurred.
